chairman - (thanks, complaints, general communication with club members & external organisations, Chairman's Actions)
vicechairman - (Constitution, club guidelines & protocols, review job profiles for Management Committee and 'other members with jobs')
secretary - (general club admin, agendas and minutes, Management Committee & general club vacancies to include attached job profiles)
treasurer - (accounts, small financial items, venue bookings)
membership - (waiting list, new members information, subscriptions, mentoring)
publicity - (interface with the public, the media & other photographic clubs, advertising at exhibitions & other misc events)
programme - (compiling & amending the yearly club programme, dealing with judges and speakers)
exhibitions - (Annual Exhibition, North Mundham, Beginners/Intermediate Exhibition, Photographers' at Work, Focus Group)
competitions - (internal & external competitions (prints & PDIs) to include SCPF, SxFed, Regnum Crouch etc: admin and advice, selections, competition results)

Because of the popularity of Chichester Camera Club we have no vacancies for new members this year. We do have a waiting list for membership, the current wait being about one year. If you would like to join our waiting list please contact us.
